Udgit – letter z or a term of reproach, coward ‘Thou udgit!’

Unlaight or Unleawght – unlaughed (SB)
Uns – ones ‘longuns’
Untherside – the bottom part, the lowest surface
Uphowd – maintain, guarantee
Uphowd or Ophowd – to uphold (SB)
Uphowdte, uphold thee: "Awll ophowdte," I will uphold thee in it (SB)
Uphowdn – upholders (SB)
Uphowds – upholds (SB)
Uphowdnt – they upheld. (SB)
Up-to – about, doing (generally disparaging) ‘Aw wonder what he’s up-to?’
Ur – or ‘It mun be oather thee ur me’
Urchant – the hedgehog
Urchon – a hedge hog (SB)
Us, uz – our. “Give it us” – give it to me
Ustn – they used (SB)
Ust – used; Usn, they use (SB)
‘Ut – that
‘Ut’s – that is ‘He’ll gie me o’ ut’s due’
Uz – as ‘Soa Bodle took this uz a hint to propose’
